    You could have stopped the article at training and communication. I have seen many businesses fail because the owner thinks he runs it when it is the employees on the sales floor that really know what is going on and what the day to day business is like.

    These are great tips. I like them because the focus is on the human factor. The employees must feel valued and they must know that their efforts do not go unnoticed. Thus, there is no need for them to feel ambivalence about their work if they know they are appreciated and that they will be rewarded for it.
